Jacob Higgins is a traditional visual artist that works in pencil, oil paint, clay, and mixed mediums. His areas of interest range from observational depictions of nature and people to creature features and abstract forms. Over the yearsm Jacob has also worked in theatre, music, puppetry, and masks.

Jacob Higgins is a lifelong Alaskan, residing in Juneau, Alaska. As a visual artist, he has been exhibiting since 1997. Jacob has a BA in Art from the University of Alaska, Southeast.
